- Led end-to-end UX research and form audit across 7 registration steps
- Established 17 evidence-based form design principles now used across Ontada
- Designed single-column layout system replacing inconsistent multi-column forms
- Collaborate with senior leadership VP, Directors level to make decisions and proposed direction
- Collaborated with engineering, QA, and product from week 1
- Day to day collaboration with Developers to ensure the proposed design are pixel perfectly developed
